1st Activity: Penoy Henyo
Instructions:
1. Divide the members into two groups.
2. Ask each group to choose their representative who will guess the word that was on the participants’ forehead.
3. Each group has one minute to guess the word.
4. First group to have three points will be the winner.
· This activity was done as a recap on the previous visit and to collaborate in the first topic which is “Causes and Effects of Alcohol, Nicotine, and Marijuana”
2nd Activity: Puzzle Game
Instructions:
1. Divide the members into two groups.
2. Ask each group for their representative to choose the puzzle that they will solve.
3. Each group was given three minutes to solve the puzzle.
4. The group who solve the puzzle first should step and clap three times, so that facilitators will notice who first solve the puzzle.
5. Once the puzzle was solved each group is asked to give the idea for the next topic.
· This activity was done for the participants to have an idea for the next topic which is “How Alcohol, Nicotine, and Marijuana affect sthe brain process”
3rd Activity: Skit (message transmission)
Instructions:
1. Divide the members into two groups.
2. Make a skit on how the message transmits according to what they learn in the second topic.
3. Five minutes to prepare and make the skit, and another five minutes for the actual play.

4th Activity: Trust Fall
Instructions:
1. Divide the members into two groups.
2. Number them to how many are in a group.
3. Form them to circle
4. Place the number 1 player in the middle with blind fold.
5. Blind fold the 1st player
6. Start the game by pushing the 1st player from one side to the other side then to the other side and so on.
7. After 30 seconds, player 2 will take the position of player 1 and other members will do the same task.
8. Players will do the same task until all the members finished.
· This activity was done to build the trust within the group, as well as to teach each of them to work together by helping each other. It is to make them realize what friends that can be trusted and who will not bring bad influence to them.
5th Activity: Quiz Bee
Instructions:
1. Divide the members into two groups.
2. Arrange the jumbled letters base on the questions.
3. Each group has 10 seconds to answer each question.
